How do you work out the colour?
David brushes samples out at your place so you can see the tones in your own light before anything is ordered. Customers regularly mention this as the part that settled a colour they had been going back and forth on.
Can you paint over old oil-based paint?
Yes, but only once it has been tested and prepared correctly, because water-based paint will not hold on an oil-based surface otherwise. One customer needed low-VOC water-based paint for health reasons on walls that turned out to be oil-based, and that is exactly how it was handled.
Do you do repairs as well as painting?
Yes. Filling, plaster repairs and small timber repairs come up on most jobs. Reviews mention screen doors repaired, damaged quad replaced, and a missing piece of wood trim matched to the existing stain colour.
